This BOF is an open forum for HPC developers to share war-stories from the debugging battlefront and strategies that they use to simplify understanding and eliminating defects in parallel applications.=0A=0AWe're looking for brief presentations that recount specific experiences, outline useful strategies, and give information on clever and helpful ways of using or customizing available tools. Some specific topics might include: working with problems at scale, dealing with problems that come and go randomly, dealing with memory errors, strategies for comparative debugging, ways to customize the display of data, automatic/script based debugging, reverse debugging, or dealing with accelerators. =0A=0AA handful of short user talks of 5-15 minutes each will be followed by a general discussion. While this session is organized by Rogue Wave this session features HPC users and is anticipated to cover a range of tools and techniques for parallel debugging.
