This session is intended for researchers, educators and vendors who fund, design, implement, support or utilize data intensive cyberinfrastructure environments. =0A=0AThe NSF DataNet program and related programs support the development of new methods, management structures and technologies to manage the diversity, size, and complexity of current and future data sets and data streams by creating a set of exemplar data research infrastructure organizations that provide unique opportunities to communities of researchers to advance research and education. The status of current programs will be discussed and input will be solicited from the high performance computing research community for the development of new programs and directions to address research requirements for the coming decades.
