When viewing the Technical Program schedule, on the far righthand side
is a column labeled "PLANNER." Use this planner to build your own
schedule. Once you select an event and want to add it to your personal
schedule, just click on the calendar icon of your choice (outlook
calendar, ical calendar or google calendar) and that event will be
stored there. As you select events in this manner, you will have your
own schedule to guide you through the week.
You can also create your personal schedule on the SC11 app (Boopsie) on your smartphone. Simply select a session you want to attend and "add" it to your plan. Continue in this manner until you have created your own personal schedule. All your events will appear under "My Event Planner" on your smartphone.

ABSTRACT: The new InfiniBand roadmap announced by the IBTA unveiled new speeds for bandwidth that expands the previously-defined InfiniBand speeds to include FDR and EDR. InfiniBand FDR (14Gb/s data rate per lane) in conjunction with PCIe Gen3 increases the InfiniBand throughput by 80% when compared to InfiniBand QDR and PCIe Gen2 platforms. The new InfiniBand FDR technology incorporate a new link level encoding scheme and new reliability mechanisms for increasing the scalability and efficiency in Petascale computing and beyond. The session will provide a detailed review on the new InfiniBand speeds and the new feature set that InfiniBand FDR provides. The session will also include, for the first time, a report on the first real experience with InfiniBand FDR and the impact of the new features on leading applications and workloads. The session will also drive a discussion on new capabilities that should be added to future generations beyond InfiniBand FDR.
